Ladders is seeking an Executive Director, Patient Experience to shape the vision and strategy for a Patient Experience COE, improving journey design across therapeutic areas. The role partners with brand leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver a cohesive patient and HCP experience.

The candidate will lead and develop the patient experience leadership team while supporting portfolio needs across the business.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with required marketing experience.
• Minimum 6 years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Advanced degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish vision and strategy for the Patient Experience COE.
• Lead and develop Patient Experience leaders.
• Serve as a senior partner to brand leadership.
• Oversee the COE's portfolio partnerships across therapeutic areas.
• Guide design of patient and HCP journeys.
• Align cross-functional partners around portfolio needs.
• Establish governance for portfolio journey councils.
