Job summary

Amgen seeks an Executive Director to build and lead the Patient Experience Center of Excellence within PAR, aligning brand strategies with patient access and reimbursement capabilities. The role reports to the AVP of PAR and drives portfolio-wide patient journey improvements.

You will oversee governance, analytics partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable improvements in patient and provider experiences across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in pharma or healthcare settings.
• Experience shaping patient access and reimbursement strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Patient Experience Center of Excellence within PAR.
• Set COE strategy, operating model, and portfolio priorities.
• Partner with brand leadership to align patient journeys with access capabilities.
• Oversee portfolio partnerships across respiratory, cardiovascular, oncology, inflammation, and bone health.
• Translate journey insights into service model requirements and improvements.
