Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Business Operations to lead care operations planning and execution in a remote US-based role. You will partner with senior leadership to build scalable processes and improve patient and provider experiences.

You will guide a team of analysts and PMs, use data-driven insights for continuous improvement, and establish tracking frameworks to drive accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, management consulting, or program management in healthcare or high-growth settings.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing teams, including analysts or project managers, to drive performance.
• Proven track record in strategic project management, process improvement, and change management.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Ability to design and implement scalable operational processes across teams.
• Strong skills in data analysis and spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders and ability to manage competing priorities.
