You will lead a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps that improve outcomes and lower costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic deployments.
• Proven track record partnering with care networks to improve medical cost trends and clinical pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
• Oversee Epic integration and external data sources to provide real-time insights.
• Drive value-based care and financial outcomes through technology enablement.
