Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director of Digital Product for Medical Cost Initiatives to drive the technology strategy across care transitions, patient segmentation, and specialty services within CVS Healthcare Delivery.

This remote, senior leadership role partners with clinical and business leaders to shape end-to-end technology roadmaps that lower total cost of care and improve patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• Experience: 10-15+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and Epic implementation.
• Track record: partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology product strategy and execution for medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and UI/UX designers.
• Ensure seamless Epic integration and real-time insights to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs.
• Translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accountability for technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and value realization.
