Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives, to lead technology product strategy for medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery. Remote location with quarterly domestic travel, reporting to the VP, CHIO.
You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to optimize patient outcomes and reduce total cost of care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10-15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Experience partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.
Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to shape end-to-end care models.
- Lead cross-functional teams (PMs, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, designers).
- Translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps and Epic architectures.
- Ensure real-time data integrations between external sources and Epic workflows.
- Drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes and continuous improvement.
