Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementations (Epic).
- Proven track record partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships with healthcare delivery leadership to map end-to-end care models across transitions, chronic pathways and segmentation.
- Drive cross-functional technology roadmaps and ensure delivery of clinical interventions that reduce medical costs and improve outcomes.
- Oversee Epic integrations, external data sources, and real-time insights for clinicians.
