Job summary

Oregon Consumer Justice is seeking an Executive Director to advance consumer protection in Oregon by guiding a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, engaging with the legislature, legal community, and the public. The ED will lead strategy, oversee finances, operations, and program delivery, and build partnerships with the Board and staff to sustain impact for consumers statewide and beyond.

Experience in nonprofit leadership, governance, fundraising, and policy advocacy is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in nonprofit leadership, advocacy, or legal/related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operations of OCJ (Executive Director).
• Engage with the Board, staff, partners, and the community to advance consumer protection.
• Oversee finance, fundraising, program development, and advocacy initiatives.
