This leader will partner with the Board, senior staff, donors, community partners, and government funders to shape strategy and advance impact. The ideal candidate brings nonprofit leadership experience, a passion for developing people and programs, and the ability to build relationships across the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated nonprofit leadership experience and strategic oversight.
• Strong fundraising, donor development, and community engagement abilities.
• Ability to lead with transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s strategic direction and long-term planning.
• Partner with the Board, senior leadership, staff, donors, and partners.
• Oversee fundraising, donor relations, and grant-related activities.
• Represent the organization to the community and funders.
• Ensure programs meet community needs and operate sustainably.
• Foster an inclusive, trauma-informed, high-performing workplace.
• Monitor finances, governance, and organizational performance.
• Maintain in-person presence in Eugene, Oregon.
