Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience identifying opportunities and driving solutions to orchestrate customer journeys.
• 5 years of experience using data, insights, behaviors, and analytics to optimize customer experiences.
• Collaborative approach with research, content, and data specialists to solve business challenges.
• Champions customer-centric thinking within Novartis and partners across brands and functions.
• Experience with media and content testing to analyze effectiveness of integrated communications.

Responsibilities

• Establish an enterprise view of customer and patient journeys with connected experiences.
• Ensure enterprise functions are represented in planning and execution.
• Identify gaps, silos, and unclear ownership affecting customer experiences.
• Champion patient and caregiver perspectives across strategy and engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen continuity across the patient lifecycle and reduce friction at journey stages.
• Develop governance and measurement frameworks for enterprise alignment and quality at scale.
• Support priority launches requiring cross-functional coordination and visibility into outcomes.
• Define and track shared experience outcomes and monitor risks and opportunities.
