You will establish governance, operating models, and cross-functional processes to unite stakeholders, translate enterprise strategy into coordinated action, and deliver measurable patient and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years identifying opportunities and driving orchestrated customer journeys.
• 5+ years leveraging data, analytics, and CRM to optimize experiences.
• Collaborative approach with research, content, and data specialists.
• Champions customer-centric thinking within Novartis and partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish an enterprise view of customer and patient journeys and refine experiences.
• Ensure enterprise functions are represented in experience planning across marketing and other teams.
• Identify gaps, silos, and accountability issues affecting experiences.
• Champion patient and caregiver perspectives across strategy and engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen continuity across the patient lifecycle from trial to long-term engagement.
• Advance approaches that deepen engagement with patient communities, especially in rare conditions.
• Establish governance aligning leaders around priorities and monitor outcomes.
• Support priority launches requiring cross-functional coordination.
• Define and track shared outcomes with visibility into adoption and execution.
• Develop frameworks to enable scalable enterprise alignment and execution.
