Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies is seeking an Executive Director, Integrated Experience Planning to shape patient and HCP experience strategy across assigned brands. You will translate business objectives into integrated experiences, content, and channels to drive outcomes, working with Marketing Strategy, Data, Insights, Content, and Operations. Remote work within the U.S.

is possible with travel up to 10%. Lead the development, activation, measurement, and optimization of Integrated Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
15+ years of experience in marketing strategy, CX, integrated planning, or related disciplines.
Expertise in experience design, behavioral strategy, integrated planning, channel orchestration, and measurement.
Proven ability to translate business and brand strategies into actionable HCP/patient experience plans.
Experience using insights, data, analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

Translate objectives into unified HCP/patient experiences and measurable outcomes.
Develop a clear POV on HCP/patient experience within brand/category.
Lead integrated experience planning across teams and external partners.
Direct development, activation, measurement, and optimization of Integrated Experience Plans.
Collaborate to align strategy, content, channels, and execution across touchpoints.
