Novartis Group of Companies seeks an Executive Director, Enterprise Experience Planning & Integration to connect Marketing, Patient Services, Medical, Advocacy, Access, Field Sales, Digital Engagement, and Enterprise Partnerships for a seamless patient lifecycle experience. You will establish governance, operating models, and ways of working across functions to reduce fragmentation.

This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. with up to 10% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in orchestrating customer journeys.
• 5+ years using data, insights, and analytics to optimize experiences.
• Collaborative approach with researchers, content, and data specialists.
• Champion customer-centric thinking within Novartis and partners.
• Experience with media and content testing in integrated marketing.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and IT.
• Experience leading a Marketing transformation & vision within pharma/biotech.

Responsabilidades

• Establish enterprise view of customer and patient journeys.
• Represent enterprise functions in planning across Marketing, Patient Services, Medical, Advocacy, Access, Field Sales, Digital Engagement, and Enterprise Partnerships.
• Identify gaps and silos causing fragmented experiences.
• Champion patient and caregiver perspectives across strategy and engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen continuity across the patient lifecycle from trial to long-term engagement.
• Define governance and metrics for shared outcomes.
