Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives, remote, to steer technology strategy for medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams and shape end-to-end roadmaps across care transitions, patient segmentation, and specialty services.
The role requires Epic experience, healthcare operations knowledge, and a proven track record in value-based care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
- 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic)
- Track record partnering with primary care, retail clinics, or value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends and care pathways
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership with healthcare delivery leadership to integrate care models across transitions and conditions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways reducing medical costs and improving patient outcomes.
- Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows to provide real-time insights for clinicians.
