Job summary
CVS Health Corporation seeks an Executive Director, Digital Product - Medical Cost Initiatives to lead technology strategy for medical cost portfolios within CVS Healthcare Delivery. You will guide cross-functional teams across product, Epic, engineering, data science and design to shape scalable roadmaps that reduce costs and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA supported)
- 10-15+ years of progressive healthcare operations and product management leadership
- Experience partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends
- Hands-on Epic experience and ability to translate operational requirements into Epic builds
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare leadership to integrate end-to-end care models
- Lead cross-functional product and technology teams to build seamless clinical pathways
- Oversee Epic integrations with external data sources for real-time insights
- Drive end-to-end technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment
- Establish metrics and ensure investments improve outcomes
