Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of Technology Product Management to lead the Medical Cost Initiatives for CVS Healthcare Delivery. This remote, national role requires deep Epic expertise and proven leadership across healthcare operations and enterprise EHR programs.
You will drive strategy, align cross-functional teams, and deliver programs that reduce medical costs while improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for medical cost portfolios within CVS HCD.
- Partner with clinical and business leaders to shape end-to-end technology roadmaps.
- Direct cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Epic Analysts, Software Engineers, Data Scientists and Designers.
- Ensure smooth Epic integrations and real-time clinical insights.
- Drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes with continuous improvement.
- Oversee operational lifecycle from discovery to deployment and outcomes.
