Responsibilities
- Lead technology product strategy and execution for Medical Cost Initiatives within CVS Healthcare Delivery.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team including product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists and designers.
- Ensure integration between external data sources and Epic workflows for real-time insights.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce medical costs while improving patient outcomes.
- Communicate strategy and progress to senior executives and stakeholders.
