Job summary

BETA Systems International in Richmond, Virginia, seeks experienced, certified coaches to provide executive and team coaching on an as-needed basis. This contingent opportunity may fall under the Coach labor category, with potential Executive Coach responsibilities if qualifications support it.

Candidates should hold active coaching certifications (ICF/CCE/CTI/iPEC), have at least two years of leadership coaching experience, and be able to deliver onsite or virtual services during business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching professional staff and leaders.
• Active professional coaching certification from a recognized/accredited organization (ICF, CCE, CTI, or iPEC).
• Maintain professional coaching certification throughout the term of the engagement; ICF certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Hogan assessments into coaching deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: equity in coaching, individual coaching, team coaching, peer-based coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to executives and managers.
• Coach new leaders as they transition into leadership roles and integrate with internal teams.

Status: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, professionally certified coaches to provide individual and team coaching to executives, managers, new leaders, and professional staff. This is an as‑needed professional services opportunity. Candidates may be considered for the Coach labor category and, if qualifications support the requirements, the optional Executive Coach labor category.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching professional staff and leaders.
• Active professional coaching certification from a recognized/accredited organization, such as:
  • International Coaching Federation (ICF)
  • Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE)
  • Co-Active Training Institute (CTI)
  • Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)
• Maintain professional coaching certification throughout the term of the engagement.
• ICF certification is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience integrating assessment tools, including Hogan, into coaching deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following:
  • Integrating concepts of equity into coaching techniques and methods
  • Individual coaching at any/all levels of staff
  • Facilitating team or group coaching
  • Overseeing peer-based coaching

Work Requirements

• Availability during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
