Job summary

Private Prep NYC LLC is seeking a Part-Time EF Coach to support neurodivergent and anxious students with executive functioning strategies. The role involves flexible scheduling, primarily online coaching with some in-person sessions, and local travel to MD/DC for initial and occasional ongoing sessions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the placements team, reviewing Action Plans, delivering weekly coaching, writing summaries and biweekly progress notes, and providing holistic support

Qualifications

• Experience working with neurodivergent, anxious, and overbooked students.
• Ability to communicate via email and internal systems within 12–24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with placements team and EF Director.
• Read and incorporate Action Plan details and goals.
• Write session summaries and progress reports.
• Provide 360 support with directors, coaches, and family team.
• Participate in EF Team meetings and share best practices.
• Travel to MD/DC for in-person sessions when needed.
