Job summary

Gartner for CHRO is seeking an Executive Advisor for Member Acquisition. This remote, nationwide role focuses on growing the CHRO business by partnering with the CHRO team and Sales to engage prospective CHROs and senior HR leaders, demonstrating value through PoC and a strong go-to-market strategy.

You will support the Sales Team, coach on value proposition, and contribute to strategic account planning. A background in senior HR leadership and CHRO experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Twenty+ years in senior HR leadership roles.
• Five+ years as CHRO or equivalent.
• History of coaching, presenting, and collaborating with C-level and Board.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CHROs from top companies to articulate Gartner for CHRO value.
• Educate and support Sales on new business opportunities.
• Coach Sales Team to qualify and engage clients and explain CHRO service value.
• Participate in strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct Proof of Concept calls and help prep Service Kick-Offs.
