Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution—Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. You will lead development, market research, and governance to drive an innovative health product portfolio.

You’ll partner across underwriting, sales, and marketing to translate insights into a prioritized roadmap, defend against risk, and accelerate time to market in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in industry with product development, management and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy and tactics to propel business growth.
• Ability to analyze and interpret challenging concepts and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and coach both leaders and employees.
• Experience building consensus across the organization to drive division goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads product development from research to market, including design, strategy, cost-benefit analysis and implementation.
• Manages budget and operational plans for products under development and management.
• Develops health product claims strategy and ongoing customer experience opportunities.
• Coordinates with vendors and partners; leads RFP/finalist processes.
• Owns product strategy from concept to market with data-driven insights.
• Collaborates with underwriting, sales and marketing to position new products.
• Develops KPIs and provides data-driven decision support throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely response to changes.
