Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. You will spearhead new product development driven by market intelligence, customer insights, and trend analysis to build a compelling, data-driven roadmap aligned with the company’s strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, govern the product lifecycle, and optimize the health product portfolio while partnering with external vendors and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience in product development, product management and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development through market research, trend analysis, and customer insights.
• Define clear product vision and prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead end-to-end product development including design, requirements, cost/benefit analysis and implementation.
• Manage budgets and operational plans for products in development and in portfolio.
• Develop and oversee KPIs, governance, and risk analysis for new products.
