Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution - Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. The role drives new product development through market research, trend analysis, and customer insight to establish a clear product vision and an aligned roadmap for group and individual products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7-10 years of experience in product development, management, and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy and tactics for business growth.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and resolve issues.
• Inspire, lead, and coach leaders and employees.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy from concept to market with market and competitive analysis.
• Leads development of health product claims strategy and customer experience opportunities.
• Manages budgets and operational plans for products under development.
• Collaborates with underwriting, sales and marketing to position and market new products.
• Develops KPIs and drives data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely response to changes.
