Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution - Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision, remote, full-time. You will drive new product development through market research, trend analysis, and customer insights to establish a successful roadmap aligned with business strategy.

You will lead development, governance, and portfolio performance, partnering across underwriting, sales and marketing to ensure products are effectively sold and implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7-10 years of experience in product development, product management and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy to propel business growth.
• Ability to analyze and interpret challenging concepts and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and coach both leaders and employees.
• Experience working across the organization to build consensus and drive goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from research to market launch.
• Partner with underwriting, sales and marketing to position new products.
• Own product strategy and portfolio governance.
• Develop KPIs and drive data-driven decisions across the lifecycle.
• Manage budgets and operational plans for products under development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely responses to changes.
• Collaborate with external vendors in RFP and selection processes.
• Drive risk analysis and resource planning for new products.
