Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer for Electronic Warfare to work with Sales and Marketing teams, providing tailored solutions for advanced electronic warfare sensing. This position offers a $80,000 - $120,000 annual base salary plus commissions, with OTE potential up to $170,000. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in defense technology. The role is remote eligible and requires travel of up to 50%. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pre- and post-sales technical support required.
• 3–5 years experience in Defense technology, EW, SIGINT, ISR.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support including system planning and training.
• Become an expert on Silvus' sensing products.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Visit customer sites for technical support.
• Troubleshoot failures in the field.
