Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a seasoned events professional to own the external event program across conferences and trade shows. You will own the calendar, determine attendance, and manage from passes to sponsorships, working with the CRO and revenue leaders to drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll coordinate with design for collateral, oversee logistics, and ensure timely post-event follow-up. This role emphasizes precision, speed, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running events, trade shows, or field programs in support of sales or partnerships.
• Experience owning a conference end-to-end, including contracts and budget.
• Ability to drive timelines and keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual trade show and conference calendar end-to-end.
• Coordinate attendee lists, deadlines, sponsorships, and booth logistics.
• Work with design and assets teams to prepare materials and assets.
• Manage on-site show logistics and post-event follow-up.
