Job summary

Poolside is seeking an Events Lead to own every event we host or attend, across the world. You’ll manage production end-to-end — booth, materials, swag, logistics, vendors, and run-of-show — and ensure teams traveling to events are organized, briefed, and ready to make an impact.

Based in a remote-first, global team, you’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and developer relations to turn a calendar of events into measurable awareness, demand, and model usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event planning and execution.
• Experience running conferences, product launches, or activations with large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Poolside's events, from budget to booth design, swag, A/V, on-site ops and run-of-show.
• Be the reason it runs flawlessly with briefing, schedules, logistics and traveler prep.
• Connect events to real outcomes by tying attendance, pipeline, and model usage to targets.
• Own the money story by tracking spend, reconciling invoices, and modeling ROI.
• Set the bar for partners by managing agencies, production partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Take Poolside global by building programming that works across regions.
• Make every event better by measuring KPIs for reach, engagement, pipeline and brand lift.
