Pahara Institute at Lone Rock seeks an Event Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive planning and logistical support for Network Engagement events. This remote role requires frequent travel to Lone Rock in Bailey, Colorado, with on-site leadership for event logistics and continuous improvement of operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning/operations.
• Experience in education, nonprofit, or professional development environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-event planning and provide operations support for Network Engagement programming.
• Serve as onsite lead for logistics and operations during events.
• Coordinate participant travel, accommodations, and special requests; manage vendor relations.
• Manage post-event debriefing, budgeting, and reporting; document lessons learned.
• Coordinate alumni gatherings and maintain relationships with alumni.
• Provide administrative support and ensure accurate event records.
