Pahara Institute at Lone Rock seeks a dedicated events assistant to coordinate food service, space setup, and A/V for evening events. You will maintain guest communication, ensure meals meet quality standards, and help create welcoming, well-organized environments for gatherings.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt to dynamic event requirements. Evening hours and some weekend work are anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure event details are executed across food service, space setup, and A/V.
• Maintain communication with guests; respond to requests.
• Ensure meals are served on time and meet quality standards.
• Set ambiance and maintain cleanliness and appearance of event spaces.
• Coordinate with guest planners for meals, breaks, and signage.
• Manage equipment setup (TVs, projectors, speakers, pens/pads).
• Support safety protocols and incident reporting as needed.
