Job summary

Stamm Media is seeking an Event Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment while assisting in the technical execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events.

You will support the Project Management and Production teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and manage logistics for equipment and personnel. Travel, nights, and weekends may be required as events occur across multiple locations.

• Assist Project Management and Production leaders with assigned projects (internal and external)

• Communicate and coordinate with clients and Stamm Media vendors as needed
• Coordinate logistics for equipment and personnel involved in each project
