Job summary

Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in information services, seeks an experienced Event Technology Lead to drive a technology-driven event program across the enterprise. You will own Cvent configurations, website design, integrations, and data reporting to deliver scalable, engaging digital experiences for internal and external events.

The role requires 5+ years in event tech, advanced Cvent skills, and strong collaboration across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in event technology or management.
• Advanced Cvent expertise including registrations, websites, reporting.
• Experience with system integrations (CRM, marketing automation, APIs, SSO).
• Ability to translate vision into digital experiences.
• Strong project management and time management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in global/matrixed organizations.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive and guide event technology strategy and execution for events.
• Serve as a Cvent platform expert, including advanced configuration, registration builds, website design, reporting, and system optimization.
• Design and build high-impact event websites that align with brand standards.
• Lead integration efforts between Cvent and other systems (CRM, marketing automation, SSO, data tools).
• Translate event and stakeholder vision into fully realized digital experiences.
• Oversee all event technology components including registration, event apps, communications, surveys, reporting, and onsite tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and analytics insights to inform decision-making.
• Support end-to-end event execution from concept through post-event analysis.
