Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Event Technology professional to lead our global event technology program. You will serve as a subject matter expert, driving innovation, scalability, and execution excellence across a dynamic portfolio.

This remote role requires about 25% travel and involves configuring Cvent, building high-impact event websites, integrating with CRM and marketing tools, managing vendors, and delivering end-to-end experiences with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event technology or digital event platforms.
• Advanced expertise in Cvent (Event Management + SMM) including complex registration paths, website builds, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive event technology strategy and execution for events, ensuring scalable and innovative solutions.
• Lead integration between Cvent and CRM/marketing automation systems for seamless data flow.
• Design and build high-impact event websites aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee registration, event apps, communications, surveys, reporting, and onsite tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Support end-to-end event execution from concept to post-event analysis.
