Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Event Technology Lead to drive technology strategy for a global portfolio. You will act as a Cvent expert, optimize integrations with CRM and marketing tools, and design user‑friendly event websites that reinforce brand integrity.

The role requires hands-on execution across registrations, apps, surveys, and onsite tools, with a focus on data accuracy, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration in a remote setup with travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event technology, digital event platforms, or event management with a strong technical focus.
• Advanced expertise in Cvent (Event Management + SMM) including complex registration paths, website builds, reporting, and platform administration.
• Proven experience in event website design with a strong eye for user experience, branding, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Drive and guide event technology strategy and execution for events, ensuring scalable, consistent, and innovative solutions.
• Serve as a Cvent platform expert, including advanced configuration, registration builds, website design, reporting, and system optimization.
• Design and build high-impact event websites that align with brand standards and deliver an exceptional user experience.
