Job summary

Zynger Events is seeking an experienced Staffing & Recruitment Manager for a large-scale, multi-city project across the United States and Canada. The role requires independent management of recruitment, scheduling, training coordination, and staffing operations across multiple event locations.

We value highly organized, proactive professionals who can lead staffing efforts, track progress, and maintain rosters and compliance throughout October 2026 to March 15, 2027.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event staffing, recruitment, or large-scale events preferred.
• Experience managing personnel across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, hire or onboard event personnel across regions.
• Develop staffing rosters, schedules, and backup coverage plans.
• Coordinate staff credentials, availability and required documentation.
• Work with Regional Managers and Technical Director to assess staffing needs.
• Coordinate training, simulations and operational briefings.
• Track staffing progress, deadlines and deliverables.
• Participate in weekly management calls and provide updates.
• Manage last-minute staffing changes and operational challenges.
• Oversee on-site staffing operations, load-in/out and event execution.
• Complete final staffing reconciliation and project closeout.
