XP MKG is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a fully remote role coordinating events across the US and Canada. The position requires strong time management, staffing logistics, and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include talent coordination, event booking, client communication, trainings, and payroll oversight. A college degree is preferred and occasional early or late hours are possible to support live events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent coordination: ensure events in territories are booked and staffed, hiring and managing staff and ensuring instructions are followed.
• Book events using platforms to send alerts and hire talent; teams often remain consistent across events.
• Maintain client communication, confirm staff, and ensure alignment.
• Conduct trainings regarding events as needed.
• Oversee event management, ensure talent shows up, and provide updates to clients.
• Approve payroll weekly and verify times and dates.
