Job summary

WeTravel is seeking an Events Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone for our global field presence. You will own the calendar, logistics, contracts, invoicing, and day-to-day execution to ensure every event runs smoothly and on budget.

This hands-on, coordination-heavy role requires you to connect with sales, ops, design, and finance, building repeatable systems and playbooks while traveling to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2B field-event experience with booths, vendors and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to hub between sales, ops and content.
• Highly organized with calendar/system thinking for events.
• Own admin tasks including contracts, invoicing and expenses.
• Comfortable coordinating sales approvals and onsite teams.
• Document learnings to build repeatable playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event execution and logistics.
• Manage calendars, contracts, and invoicing for events.
• Coordinate with AEs, sales, vendors, design, and finance.
• Build and improve event playbooks and SOPs.
• Travel to events as needed and ensure on-budget delivery.
