Job summary

ADVOC8 seeks an on-site Event Logistics Coordinator in our Charlotte, NC warehouse to manage complex event kits and coordinate with production and clients. You’ll oversee packing, labeling, and QC on the floor, while planning and communicating logistics to ensure flawless activations.

You’ll work 60% on warehouse operations and 40% on planning, problem-solving, and client interfacing, reporting to the Director of Operations. This is a hands-on role with production DNA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse experience on the floor and comfortable with equipment
• Own inventory, orders, and asset records in an actual system, not a spreadsheet
• Experience with scenic assets lifecycle from intake to deployment
• Paper trail discipline; nothing moves without documentation
• Willingness to push back and improve processes, not just inherit them
• Organized and schedule-aware; escalate time-sensitive issues appropriately

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing, preparation, and QC of event kits containing displays and activation materials
• Ensure every component is included; avoid missing items
• Direct warehouse staff on daily kit assembly and following pull/pack lists
• Maintain organization for multi‑component assets and accurate inventory
• Label kits with production nomenclature for easy identification
• Troubleshoot packing challenges and devise on‑the‑fly solutions
• Keep warehouse areas organized and inventory current
