Job summary

ADVOC8's &drop division in Charlotte seeks an Event Logistics Coordinator with hands-on warehouse and event production experience. You’ll manage complex event kits from our facility, ensure accurate packing, labeling, and timely shipping, and keep field teams supplied with what they need.

You’ll partner with the operations and production teams, communicate clearly with clients about timelines and specs, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse experience on the floor.
• Own inventory, orders, and asset records in a system.
• Experience handling scenic assets and lifecycle.
• Discipline with documentation and paper trails.
• Willing to improve processes.
• Excellent organization and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, packing, and QC of event kits.
• Ensure all components are included.
• Direct warehouse staff on kit assembly.
• Label kits with production nomenclature.
• Troubleshoot packing challenges in real time.
• Maintain inventory systems current.
• Interface with clients about logistics and timelines.
