Job summary

ADVOC8’s &drop division seeks an experienced Event Program Manager to bridge on-site events with warehouse operations in Charlotte, NC. You will manage complex event kits from our facility, ensuring accurate packing, labeling, and timely shipping while interfacing with clients on logistics.

You’ll spend the majority on the warehouse floor, with planning and client liaison to anticipate field needs and keep programs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse experience on the floor with assets and equipment.
• Actual system ownership of inventory, orders, and assets in a real system.
• Experience with scenic assets and lifecycle management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, packing, and quality control of event kits and assets.
• Interface with clients about logistics, timelines, and specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams on program planning and execution.
• Track inventory, flag reorder needs, and maintain asset lifecycle.
