Opus Agency is seeking a self-motivated Event Management Intern to support the delivery of corporate events remotely. You will assist across logistics, coordination, and documentation, gaining hands-on exposure to the end-to-end event planning process within a global agency.

This internship introduces organizational, analytical, and creative skills while offering flexibility in work schedules and potential on-site opportunities; interns often transition to full-time roles.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of corporate events across logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, signage, and transportation.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to support sourcing, scheduling, and updates.
• Create and maintain event documentation including timelines, production schedules, contact lists, and project plans.
• Attend internal and external meetings to capture notes, track action items, and provide updates on assigned tasks.
• Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met and completed accurately.
• Learn and use agency tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Participate in on-site event execution and travel as needed.
