Quandela is seeking an Event Marketing Intern to support planning and execution of events, from corporate meetings to industry conferences. This remote internship roles sits within the Business & Marketing team and offers hands-on experience in logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.

The role emphasizes organization, strong English communication, and learning across marketing fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, business, or related field (Internship Agreement required).
• Strong interest in event marketing, coordination, and logistics.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Support marketing and sales teams in event preparation and objectives.
• Assist with end-to-end event planning (before, during, after).
• Prepare event materials, checklists, timelines and assets.
• Contribute ideas to content and ensure brand alignment.
• Coordinate vendors (catering, venues, suppliers) under supervision.
• Organize logistics for virtual and in-person events.
• Track schedules and deadlines to ensure timely tasks.
• Provide on-site support at events (setup, registration, guest assistance).
• Support post-event feedback collection and reporting.
