The Opus Group (Opus Agency) is seeking an Event Management Intern to support the delivery of corporate events. The role offers hands-on exposure across end-to-end event planning, with opportunities to work across logistics, coordination, and facilities management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This hybrid internship provides learning exposure, structured guidance, and a potential path to full-time opportunities within the agency after the program concludes.

Formación

• Willingness to work across multiple event workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and execution of corporate events across logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, signage, transportation, and program support.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors for sourcing, scheduling, and updates.
• Create and maintain event documentation: timelines, production schedules, contact lists, project plans.
• Attend meetings to capture notes, track actions, and provide task updates.
• Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with accurate execution.
• Learn and use agency tools (Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Assist in on-site event execution as needed, including travel to events.
