Job summary

Zearn is seeking an Event Operations and Experience Manager to design and execute company-wide summits and remote team experiences, building belonging and culture as we scale.

You will own end-to-end event logistics, manage vendors and budgets, collaborate with the Director of People, and explore AI tools to enhance touchpoints. This is a remote role with travel for biannual summits; compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience project managing complex company events.
• Experience designing and executing virtual events that drive high engagement.
• Experience using Generative AI to streamline workflows and improve touchpoints.
• Highly organized with multi-vendor and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of in-person Team Summits (bi-annual) with seamless onsite delivery.
• Coordinate venue logistics, hotels, AV, materials, transport, registration, and access control.
• Partner with the Director of People and stakeholders to ensure polished, high-impact experiences.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and milestone payments for accountability.
• Coordinate logistics for functional team in-person gatherings and organization-wide virtual updates.
