Zearn in New York, remote-friendly, seeks a Professional Learning Operations Manager to own the daily operational engine that powers 1,000+ educator sessions yearly. You will optimize staffing, workflows, and capacity planning to deliver reliable, high-quality learning experiences for educators nationwide.

As an individual contributor, you will balance demand with facilitator capacity, manage end-to-end facilitator assignments, and use data to drive staffing decisions across virtual and onsite

Competenze

• 3-5+ years in training operations or high-volume service delivery.
• Experience managing scheduling across virtual and in-person delivery.
• Experience administering scheduling, training, learning, or CRM systems.
• Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills.
• Experience improving manual workflows through automation or system configuration.

Mansioni

• Own daily execution of systems and processes from booking to delivery.
• Manage end-to-end facilitator assignment workflow for virtual and onsite engagements.
• Balance scheduling trade-offs for educator impact, travel, and cost.
• Handle reschedules, cancellations, and changes with minimal friction.
• Develop plans for multi-session deployments and district partnerships.
• Proactively communicate staffing decisions to facilitators and teams.
• Balance educator demand with facilitator capacity using data.
• Track booking patterns and utilization for real-time visibility.
• Forecast high-demand periods and potential bottlenecks.
• Provide staffing recommendations to PL Operations Director.
• Maintain clear availability views for stakeholders.
• Offer historical analysis to inform staffing strategies.
• Oversee weekly operational rhythms across tools/workflows.
• Serve as escalation point for urgent operational issues.
• Identify friction and implement improvements like automation.
• Establish SOPs and controls for consistency as scale grows.
• Manage internal team events, including annual onsite workshop.
