Job summary

Digital Silk is seeking a motivated Event Networking & Lead Generation Specialist to build relationships at industry events, generate warm B2B leads, and hand opportunities to the Business Development team. This remote role requires regular attendance at conferences and trade shows, with a focus on identifying opportunities for branding, web design, and digital marketing services.

You will act as a brand ambassador, developing a steady pipeline and meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, networking, partnerships, sales, or business development.
• Ability to generate warm, qualified B2B leads through relationship building and in-person networking.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and social personality for engaging executives and owners.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset.
• Highly organized and disciplined in tracking contacts and following up.
• Willingness to regularly attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Digital Silk at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Communicate Digital Silk’s value proposition and generate qualified opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients based on needs, scope, budget, and authority.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified leads and transition opportunities to the BD team.
• Develop relationships with professional organizations for ongoing referrals and opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Digital Silk and strengthen presence in U.S. markets.
• Meet or exceed monthly qualified-lead and opportunity-generation targets.
