Job summary

Branching Minds is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to own strategy for large-scale and regional conferences, webinars, the MTSS Summit, and other events. You’ll drive leads and ensure a top-notch brand experience, collaborating across marketing and sales to maximize ROI.

Fully remote role with occasional travel, reporting to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, coordinating 15-20 events per quarter and guiding content creation and promotion to optimize pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience planning and promoting B2B events.
• Proven ability to manage CRM and marketing tooling to measure ROI.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overarching event strategy with sales to prioritize conferences and events for ROI.
• Manage logistics, deadlines and approvals across multiple events concurrently.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coordinate on-site and virtual event promotion, content, and lead nurturing.
• Track leads, maintain calendars, and continuously evaluate event performance.
