Job summary

GRAIL is seeking a logistics operations professional in the United States to own recurring workflows, manage courier scheduling, and dispatch PHI with care. You will liaise with internal teams and external partners like BioTouch, ensuring seamless kit and collateral management.

You will enforce SLA compliance, post daily Slack updates, and be prepared to anchor operations during field absences, while deploying to high-risk events and evaluating clinic kit flow to optimize workflows and uphold

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to support field events and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring workflows: TRFs, courier scheduling, PHI dispatch.
• Liaise with Logistics and external partners like BioTouch.
• Manage collateral and kit inventory to prevent stockouts.
• Ensure 100% SLA adherence for shipping deadlines and post daily status reports in Slack.
• Anchor operations during field absences and support onsite events.
