OpenKrill is seeking a part-time Logistics Coordinator to act as an operational partner and scheduling engine for a dynamic speech pathology practice with a global footprint.

You will manage diary allocations across regions, balance clinician capacity with client needs, and streamline workflows to enable scalable healthcare operations. This remote role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and clear communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, dispatcher, or high-coordination scheduling.
• Enjoy solving complex scheduling and data-matching problems.
• Near-native English fluency, bubbly and professional.
• Ability to say no constructively and negotiate trade-offs under pressure.
• Experience in calendar management, dispatch, or medical/allied health scheduling is advantageous.
• Strong cross-referencing of funding, clinician, and travel criteria.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-region diary allocations and clinician matching using capacity rules.
• Build and balance daily diaries across time zones for onboarding cohorts.
• Review client files, verify funding blocks, and ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with clinicians, managers, and support staff while protecting scheduling boundaries.
