Job summary

Zearn is seeking an Event Operations and Experience Manager to bring team member experiences to life by delivering impactful programs across the employee lifecycle. You will execute touchpoints that define our culture—from biannual in-person summits to monthly virtual updates—ensuring belonging and alignment with operating principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of in-person team summits and biannual events with flawless logistics.
• Own venue, hotel, AV, materials, transport, registration, and access control for events.
• Partner with People team to ensure onsite experience meets high standards of service.
• Coordinate with vendors, session owners, and internal teams to anticipate needs and deliver polished experiences.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and milestones to maintain clear accountability and financial discipline.
• Plan and execute organization-wide updates and remote-facing events to connect teams with strategy.
