Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and hybrid catering events from anywhere in the United States. You will manage timelines, vendor coordination, client communication, and tech aspects of virtual platforms to ensure flawless events.

The role requires strong multitasking, proactive work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication to support clients across multiple locations while working remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination or event management, with a focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client and vendor interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of virtual and hybrid catering events, including vendor management, logistics, and client communication.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and run sheets for seamless execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is met for their remote events.
• Manage and troubleshoot any technical aspects related to virtual event platforms and delivery coordination.
• Oversee the delivery and setup of catering packages to multiple attendee locations, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Maintain detailed records of event planning, client feedback, and budget adherence for all coordinated events.
